Summary of Qualifications: ~ Timely completion of routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders throughout the community. ~ Ensures all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule. ~ Assess and repair issues including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and interiors.
