Small Jobs / Moving Around Apartment

I have a bunch of 'small' jobs around my apartment I need help with. 1 ) Help setup a new large screen TV. Cabling, etc. 2 ) Rearrange some furniture in 2nd floor of 2bd apartment. 3 ) Have about 8-10 storage tubs full of personal items (books, pictures, misc) that need to be moved from ground floor level to 2nd floor (short flight of stairs) 4 ) Ottoman and a leather chair have small rips/tears/scratches. I have some repair kits, need someone to fix these issues with the kits 5 ) New leather chair purchased from Overstock, in a box and needs assembly I can provide details on these projects but this is the gist. All in all this work should take no more than 2-3 hours (est). I can pay a project based fee for all of these $200. Firm. No counters please. Budget is tight due to COVID. Safe/vaccinated/smoke free home. Likely will need work done later next week. Can discuss times. Thank you.
