Ultimate Impression is the number one model home cleaning business in North Carolina and we are looking for RELIABLE, DETAIL oriented cleaners to work Part Time cleaning model homes YEAR ROUND. * We need people that can not only get the job done but get it done right the first time. *We have a set checklist to follow with a set day or days the models need to be cleaned, which only makes it that much easier. *We base our pay off a per contract pay rate based on the square footage of the model, we do this through our knowledge of how long it should take you to clean a model home with no dishes or laundry. The homes are not lived in and the models are low maintenance. *Individuals working for our company are subcontractors and must supply their own cleaning supplies, be able to pass a background check, have a valid drivers license, have reliable transportation and must be dependable. *Again, this is PART TIME EVENING work and a great opportunity for qualified subcontractors to earn consistent, additional income working daytime and/or evenings.
