Anderson Pro Painting, Inc. is looking for skilled, personable, professional painters and laborers for full-time employment. Applicants should be familiar with residential and commercial work; able to cut in, paint straight lines, able to follow directions as well as work independently in a professional, efficient, and responsible manner. We offer excellent pay! Over time available! Per Diem depending on the job-site distance! Benefits, including health insurance, long term disability, and life insurance! We work on a lot of government and school projects so scale rate is available often! This is a government mandated rate where pay ranges from $36-$48 an hour! We offer training for lifts, lead, and OSHA! Learn and thrive! Requirements: Willing to accept the guidance of crew leader. Able to work comfortably in a steadily changing environment. Attention to detail in regards to work AND work area (i.e., cleanliness and organization on job site). At least 2 years of experience in professional painting. Responsibilities: Must be able to cut lines and roll walls. Pressure wash when necessary. Lift/ladder work when necessary. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Additional Skills/Experience Considered: Sprayers. Wallpaper hanging. Faux painting. Drywall work. Other trade experience. Our typical start times are between 6 and 8 am.
