Senior needs help converting Suv for camping

Hello, I'm a senior looking for help getting my Toyota suv,in to a camping vehicle so I can sleep in it. Need ideas and help doing this conversion.Nothing fancy just comfortable enough to sleep in. Would appreciate any help I can get Thanks for your time, Dave
