Job description Foley Pools is growing again and in need of another Demo Technician! In 1990, we embarked on a journey to build the custom pools in Plano, Frisco, and the surrounding area of North Dallas and Collin County. There was a need to help our growing community, and we wanted to do our part. For over 30 years, we’re proud to be North Texas pool builders who have served thousands of homeowners with new custom pools, outdoor living spaces, and pool maintenance service. The Demo Technician is a Full-Time, non-seasonal labor position and will assist the demo crew leader in day-to-day tasks, Monday-Friday. Some Saturdays may be required and job duties will be performed working outside in the elements. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus! Core Responsibilities Maintains positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and other employees. Basic usage and understanding of construction type tools: Hammer-Drills, jackhammers, wheel barrels, shovels, sump pumps, air compressors, etc. Pulling a trailer Saw cutting Sidewalk boring Product delivery to job-sites Job-site clean-up and debris removal Concrete/Decking removal (using a jackhammer) Landscape Lighting installation Tile & Coping removal on current projects Minor concrete, Tile & Coping, wood fence repairs Some digging/trenching Operating a skid-steer Previous construction experience is strongly preferred. Compensation: $17.50 an hour Benefits: W-2 position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Sick Days Requirements: Clean driving record No felony convictions (Must pass a criminal background check) Must pass initial and random drug test Previous construction experience Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
