Although the primary job is laborer, you will have an opportunity to learn and gain experience in various trades. As your competency in each area of work grows, so will your compensation ($). The general laborer pay rate starts at $16/ hr and can go up to $18/ hr based on knowledge, experience, and speed of completion for the following tasks: - Plumbing, Flooring, Electric. - Organization of job site - Assisting in the tidying of job sites at the end of each day and at the end of each project. - Painting - general painting of walls and ceilings WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
