Long lost relative

This is a long shot but I’m looking for my great uncle by the name of James or Jimmy Malak. Not sure if in Chicago or outer area. He is a shorter man, wears glasses, and is differently-abled. He would be around 64 or 65 years old. It’s possible he lives in assisted living or with a care taker. My grandmother lost touch with him a few years ago. Any info is appreciated.
