Report To: The operations clerk will work under the direction of the Sales Manager and will work with shipping/receiving, sales, installation, service, and departments. The base location for this position will be at the corporate office in Madison, WI. This person will have a considerable level of diverse responsibilities. Duties include but are not limited to:
• Shipping and receiving back-up
• Organizing storage areas
• Pull and stage products for specific jobs
• Coordinate online sales and shipments including eBay
• Support annual inventory as needed
• Manage demo products program with sales manager
• Work with installation and service manager to improve inventory and parts processes
• General housekeeping as needed, including breaking down boxes, sweeping, mopping, trash, etc.
• Other duties as needed
Requirements:
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Must possess excellent communication and listening skills
• Must have excellent organizational and time management skills
• Must possess a strong attention to detail
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Fork lift operator preferred or able to be certified
