HIRING: Wedding Photographer/Videographer for our early June wedding

Hello, my fiancee and I will be having our wedding in early June about 4 months from now. We are in desperate need of a wedding photographer and possibly a videographer as well. Our budget is tight; we've even considered having a family member do it; however, we would prefer someone with better equipment and expertise. This means we are willing to hire a photography student or someone with rented equipment or a more amateur but still skilled photographer. There will be around 40 people for an afternoon ceremony.
