Seaview is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Worker. This is a regular, full-time position Mon-Fri. (with benefits including employer paid medical for employee, paid holidays, and PTO). STE 105 Liberty Lake, WA 99019 to pick-up job application. JOB DESCRIPTION Performs daily delivery, order fulfillment, packaging, receiving, and shipment duties of component boxes and materials. Conducts scheduling of orders and ensures accuracy of packaging products. Works with other employees and departments to resolve shipping and receiving matters. RESPONSIBILITIES • Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies. • Boxing, kitting and packaging parts • Verify all incoming merchandise and ensure appropriate storage and documentation • Scheduling of trucks (LTL, FTL, and parcel packages) through our logistics program. • Assign carriers based on price, service, and timing. • Print shipping documentation through ERP system. • Identify areas for improvement, particularly regarding workplace efficiency • Ensure a safe and inclusive workplace • Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments. • Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables. • Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude. • Answering phone calls and emails for tracking and shipping estimates REQUIREMENTS • At least two years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse management, including experience in a leadership or supervisory position • Strong communication and organizational skills and excellent multitasking abilities • Ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects throughout a normal workday • Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds. • Close attention to detail and moderate computer proficiency • Ability to perform multiple tasks and work independently. • Ability to collaborate and work well within a team environment, and willingness to motivate and support others. • Sit-down Forklift Operating Experience • Scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing stock • Receiving, stocking, and stacking • Pulling, packing, and loading • Strong sense of time organization and urgency • International Shipping Experience preferred • Experience with SLI and SDG Forms preferred • ERP system experience highly preferred Must come to the Seaview warehouse at 2225 N.
