We are real estate investors looking to hire a part time Real Estate Runner. Let me explain the frequency of the job. First and foremost, this is not a job you can rely on for a steady income. It is very sporadic so you can have a month or even more without a job. Sometimes we're really busy and might have multiple jobs in a week. This all depends on the market and areas we are working on. Second, let me explain what you will be doing. Your job will be to take pictures of the property that we ask you to go to. Once you're done, you come back to your house and will upload pictures to DropBox account that we have. You will be dealing with home sellers. Please have a good quality camera. Third, let me explain the pay. You will be paid based on the time ayou left your house to the time you get back to your house. Uploading pictures will not count towards your hour. You are responsible for letting me know when you left your house, when you arrive at the property, when you leave the property, and when you arrive at your house. You will also need to send me a screenshot of your travel through Google Map. If we pay you over $600 in a year, you will need to send us W-9 (contractor form) for IRS tax reporting. We pay via Zelle or Venmo so please have one of those set up. Fourth, we will go over dress and appearance. You will be dealing with home sellers so we expect you to be dress semi-formally. Sometimes home sellers are excited, nervous, upset, nostalgic, or happy that they are selling their properties so you will need to be able to handle all kinds of emotions. In other words, be respectful and do not get upset. Finally, one of us will interview you via Zoom. If you like to send us a resume, you are more than welcomed but you do not need to. No need for high school nor college degree. Just be street smart and be personable.
