I am inviting proposals, or estimates, on company letterhead, for the 23 unit condo complex, all of the common area, covered and uncovered parking, that is located at 5842 - 5886 South Del Moral Blvd, Tucson AZ 85706. Services we are looking for: 1. Weekly or semi weekly services for cleaning of premises, blow, landscaping to make everything in order on weekly basis. 2. Restoration of the barbecue and recreation area on the left, behind the waste containers. And restoration of premises. I would like to bring beautiful small red rock, to be in place, where the was grass. To make this property neat and orderly. 3. Installation of gates at both 2 entrances, with 25 remote keys for residents. as well as restoration of the fence, where it is broken, to fix the broken holes. 4.Restoration of road, to bring more gravel and even everything out.
