Maintenance (Port Orange, FL) Newby Management is seeking a temporary (until August) part-time maintenance person to begin immediately work at a 55+ Manufactured-Home community. Seeking a courteous, professional, team player and task oriented person to work Mon.-Fri., 5 hours per day, 25 hours per week. Some duties include but are not limited to: General maintenance duties and repairs for plumbing, electrical, and carpentry; Upkeep of property (pick up trash, pool area, community streets) Cleaning of restrooms and clubhouse Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds. Strong back. Must have valid Driver's License. Team Player and self starter Strong positive customer service skills.
