In need of a 5 bedroom house to rent, w/basement

I am desperate for a 5 bedroom or 6 bedroom house, Iv been renting at same location for almost 13 years, my landlord has decided to sell the house and only gave me 30 days to me, I’m a nerves wreck, Iv got my senior mom and my 3 boys who live with me, Iv also got a dog, 3 cats and a parrot, I’m about to be homeless, Iv searched and searched for rentals, looking for a private owner, would like someone to consider at least 2 years or longer lease, I hate moving hence why I stayed so long in 1 house, I’m running short of time, I will be devastated if my fur family and kids end up homeless, my anxiety is at it’s all time. I can handle max rent of 3k or under, looking to stay close to Manassas because all our jobs are here and can’t travel to far due to gas prices and what I drive. Please please can anyone help me out with a rental? The stress of this is hurting so bad, I wouldn’t have a problem with myself living in my SUV, but my kids and animals don’t deserve this.
