2 budgies/parakeets with large bird cage

2 budgies with big cage. Both female, about 1 year old. Comes with bird food, cage, and storage container for cage. I live in an apartment and can't give them the attention they deserve. $50 rehoming fee. (A bird at the pet store is $25 and the cage cost me $50) They don't like to come out of the cage, but when they do come out, they can step up onto your finger.
