The dynamic candidate for this position welcomes the opportunity to work for a small Oil/Gas Supply Company. The company prides itself on being the source for hard to find, specialty, discontinued, new and remanufactured parts & equipment. The ideal candidate should: Have experience receiving parts and verifying part numbers on parts to purchase order, confirming all required documentation is received. Have experience preparing orders for shipping, this includes verifying part numbers to shipping documents, boxing, palletizing, or crating parts to be shipped. Have experience scheduling local, national and international shipments via courier, LTL, DHL, FedEX, or UPS, etc. Responsible for maintaining an inventory of shipping materials and supplies. Required to make pickups and deliveries to vendors and customers using a company vehicle Required to maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations Requirements: Must have a Valid Driver’s License Must have some computer experience; keyboarding or typing skills of at least 25 WPM Must be able to lift 70 lbs. Must be able to operate a forklift Forklift certification preferred but company will provide certification training if not previously certified.
