Description
Building Management Company needs an experienced cleaning person for cleaning in and around office buildings.
Job Duties:
Clean floors and rooms, including dusting, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and cleaning glass and windows.
Clean restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
Set up, stocks, and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
Monitor and maintain sanitation and organization of designated areas.
Perform and document maintenance activities.
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs, make adjustments and minor repairs.
Cooperate with the staff, assist other departments/, erform additional duties when needed for heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
Qualifications / Skills:
• Must speak English.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Must be Highly Responsible & Reliable
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Driver’s License Required, CDL a Plus.
Must be honest, production minded, on time/dependable, be drug free and be able to pass a background check.
