Grounds Maintenance Foreman The grounds maintenance foreman is responsible for performing a variety of work task in order to manage a timely completion of grounds maintenance service contracts. The person will be required to supervise a crew of laborers using a variety of tools and equipment. -Customer and quality focused -Effective communicator (verbal & written) -Team worker -Excellent problem solving skills -Responsible and dependable Job Duties -Plan and manage the loading/unloading of trucks and trailers in the AM and PM -Cut grass, trim edges, clean up debris, blow off trimmings, fertilize turf and perform other lawn care duties -Move and install mulch, soil and plant material -Operate power equipment including, mowers, line trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers and others -Inspect all work for quality -Train crew members -Utilize LMN app on phone Requirement -2-3 years’ experience running a crew -Valid driver’s license & clean MV record -Bilingual
