I still remember how Obama famously "Drew the Red Line" and Putin eagerly stepped over it, with no consequences whatsoever. Just like Biden is doing now..... What did you expect? Biden learned how to draw 'red lines' from Obama. And just like Obama, Biden has no idea what to do, when the line is crossed.
