Full time handyman / Property Maintance Pay 20+/hr depending on experience. 40 hours per week, hours and days flexible. Health Insurance, retirement plan, paid vacation Must be reliable, honest, motivated, independent worker who enjoys working outside. Must have valid drivers License Must be able to operate a variety of different machinery(leaf blower/tractor/weed eater/tractor/side-by-side/chainsaw) and have knowledge of yard care (edging/planting/weeding). All equipment on site, basic knowledge of maintenance (change oil/ replace belt) of small machinery a bonus. Spring, summer, fall hours mainly outside work. For example planting (flowers/grass/trees/shrubs), bed maintenance (edging/mulching/trimming bushes), lawn care, leaf blowing, weeding, deer fencing (put up/take down), lawn furniture (put up/take down), assist other workers on property as needed Winter snow maintenance/ plowing, inside doing light maintenance,bringing season decorations into/out of storage, hanging pictures, painting, tool room organization/maintenance, and other small misc handyperson items.
