Keep soccer field and playground area, clean and free of trash. Clean all vacant units. Water the grounds and flower beds. Replace light bulbs and perform minor maintenance as needed. Complete minor painting as needed. Be able to physically move furniture and equipment as needed. Have basic working knowledge of: General custodial duties and the use of cleaning solutions. Safe practices of cleaning and maintenance duties. Use safety precautions and equipment as needed. The ability to safely operate and maintain required tools and custodial equipment common to the building maintenance Valid Driver’ License Basic Computer Skills Apply online at:
