Full time Outdoor/Landscape Lighting Technician needed. We design, install and service low voltage residential outdoor/landscape lighting systems in upscale towns throughout the northwest suburbs. We are looking for a person who is hardworking, dedicated and loves to work outside to join our company of 27 years. Preferred background installing landscape, irrigation or 12 volt outdoor/landscape lighting - but we would be willing to train someone who is self motivated, reliable and has a pleasant personality. We provide a great company environment to work in! Job requirements: - Must have a valid Driver's License with a good driving record - Must be able to speak and read English - Must enjoy working outdoors - Able to work with hand and power tools - Physically able to do the work - Responsible and willing to learn new skills Typical work day: gather at the shop at 6:30AM, load van with materials and review job instructions. Drive to job location and perform the work. Work with shovels, drills, hammers, screw drivers and other hand tools to install low voltage wiring and lighting fixtures.
