Strong Events is a custom fabrication shop in the heart of Austin, Texas. We plan anywhere between 300-350 events per year. As a Warehouse Personnel for Strong Events, you will work alongside the build & sales teams to load & unload each event into the trucks and onsite. Warehouse Personnel are responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming Inventory and materials, packing and shipping orders onto trucks, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock from the warehouse. Other jobs include but are not limited to inventory control, equipment maintenance, etc. Major Duties/Responsibilities: ● Packing trucks for upcoming events according to pull lists provided by the sales team. ● Unloading trucks onsite for the event. ● Facilitating the set up of events & decor in coordination with the producer. ● Arriving on time to load out event decor at the end of the event. ● Unpacking trucks once we return to the warehouse from an event. ● Communicating with the sales team if you have questions with items on pull list. Minor Duties/Responsibilities: ● Keeping a positive attitude with our team & clients. ● Truck driving is a positive but not necessary ● Experience using a drill. ● Can be Dependable to show up to all shifts **Hours will be dependent on Event load in and out times and will exceed a 9am-5pm work time frame during certain seasons. Late nights are required and expected.**
