Press release from Lakeland Community College: October 27, 2020 By: Jessica Novak Lakeland Community College will host live interviews with local business authors this fall as part of its Dworken & Bernstein Learn from Leaders series. The second interview this season is with Patrick T. Perry, former chairperson and president of local business ERC, will appear Nov. 12 to discuss his books "Re-Shape Re-Define Re-Imagine" and "Business Lessons Learned Along the Way." With a career spanning 40 years, Perry made a huge impact on Northeast Ohio workplaces and in the human resources profession. He is the former chairman of ERC and was its president for 20 years. He is credited with leading ERC's turnaround and guiding the organization to national expansion, resulting in two decades of sustained profitability and growth. Perry is now the host of the Success Wave podcast, a frequent keynote speaker and business columnist. Interviews are free, open to the public and will be held on the WebEx platform.
