The Edgehill Village Homeowners Association is seeking to hire two, part-time employees for what is referred to as an "On-Site Community Administrator" position. The candidate would be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties: -Routinely walk the property 4 times per shift. -Maintain and submit a daily log for reporting violations, maintenance items that need attention, etc. -Issue parking citations and sign for towing as needed. -Assist with quality control inspections of work performed under vendor contracts. -Other duties assigned as necessary. The objective of the position is to "observe and report", minimizing any interpersonal communications with the residents of the community. This is NOT a security position! The ideal candidate must possess the following qualities: -Good communication skills -Must be able to write legibly -Must be able to walk a large area, four times per shift -Must have use of personal cell phone/email for reporting purposes -Must maintain a clean and presentable appearance, with a polished demeanor - Patience in dealing with difficult residents and /or visitors - Self-starter. Able to work with minimal supervision The position is part-time, 3 days per week, 8 hours per shift with a 30-minute lunch break. The community is located in North San Bernardino, adjacent to Blair Park. The community is gated and is comprised of 276 units total, that are spread out among 23 buildings.
