Meet Marvella or "Marv"!!! Marvella is a purebred Bluetick Coonhound we rescued that we must, unfortunately, rehome. We were told she was good with cats, but were unfortunately misled---we need to rehome her in an environment that would be better suited for her. She is roughly 2 years old, spayed, up to date on vaccines, and is a healthy pup located in Franklin, Virginia. Marv is extremely sweet but she's a WILD thang! She's calmed down a bit with training but she will need further training and a lot of patience! But she's worth it!! We think she would make a great hunting dog. She's wonderful with children and loves to play with other pups. Her temperament would suit medium/large dogs who love to play but are not extremely dominant. She'd do well with another goober or two! She’d be a great fit for a home that has: - no cats - a fenced yard or farm for her to sniff around/run to her heart's delight - comfy blankets and someone who loves to cuddle! She's a little Houdini and has quite the case of wanderlust, making her the perfect adventure companion. She’s on Hill’s Science Diet currently and is a healthy, beautiful girl.
