The Property Care Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, care, and modification of the landscaping and grounds surrounding a building, as well as assisting with other property maintenance work. Duties/Responsibilities: -Perform general groundskeeping duties, such as mulching, aerating, weeding, and grubbing -Use mowers, weed eaters, and common hand tools to trim grass/bushes/shrubs/hedges and edge lawn areas -Operate leaf blowers and gather grass, hedge trimmings, thatch, and debris for removal -Perform additional property maintenance duties, such as plywood installation, lock changes, Company screen repairs/painting, and snow removal tasks (shoveling sidewalks/steps/doorways, etc.) -Work outdoors in all weather conditions, maintaining energy and pace to get the job done in a timely manner -Drive a Company vehicle to various Client locations, and ensure proper storage of equipment during transport -Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in groundskeeping -Digitally record proof of completed work using Company and Client approved electronic systems -Must follow Company’s health and safety policies and procedures Required Skills/Abilities: -Ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds -Ability to safely operate powered groundskeeping and property maintenance equipment -Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time, with frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching -Must be able to move throughout the assigned work area, as the work is performed primarily outdoors, year-round -Must have a valid motor vehicle operator’s license -Dependable and self-motivated -Ability to work well with others -Lawn maintenance experience is a plus EOE/Minority/Female/Disabled/Veteran
