Description
Property manager seeks experienced painter to repair imperfections, apply protective take around accented ceiling and paint throughout an older Spanish residence. Must be experienced and have or be able to access to materials, tools. Need immediately. Property manager will pay all approved expenses. E-mail brief background, resume or pictures of recent work. This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an offer for employment. Rate: $25 per hour for 8-hours per day.
