Seeking Respite / Caregiver / Nanny for 2 Boys, 1 with ASD

Looking for a caregiver to care for two boys, ages 12 and 14, one on the severe end of the autism spectrum. Ideal candidate will possess the following qualities: - Spiritually and emotionally conscious - Compassionate - Loving & caring - Coachable & respectful - Humble & openminded to new alternative ideas - Mellow, yet grounded in who you are - Health conscious - Trauma-Informed - Has a genuine care and passion for helping people - Trustworthy (can provide at least 2 professional references, as well as undergo background check) - Reliable and Punctual Job Responsibilities: - Has own transportation and can drive kids to and from school and occasional other trips - Toileting and dressing for ASD son - Cooking and cleaning after ASD son - Not intimidated by physical or injurious outbursts in ASD son and able to soothe and calm him down - Providing inspiring, engaging and educational environment — for example, listening to podcasts, documentaries, playing games, going for walks (not just clocking in and clocking out). Hours (This is our general need but we may shorten them on occasion based upon our need) Monday-Thursday 10 AM-8 PM Friday 10 AM - 6 PM Compensation $16.50/hour
