in the hills on El Cerrito/Richmond border.  Private garage, private door, in locked fenced in area at back of house.   No access to home, unless arrangements made to use our washer and dryer.  Make shift kitchen area.. our wonderful tenants are no longer having on campus classes due to virus. Includes, internet, cable, private mailbox by your private entrance.  We provide a comfortable Cali king bed with nice bedding.  Vents have been closed off to main house for virus safety on both sides.  No smokers/ 420 friendly. Must have verifiable employment.   We have to German shepherds, very sweet. When they meet you you can go in and out through get easily.   Private room goes to outside area with bbq grill and seating area. We are progressives, quiet older couple. We respect your privacy.  1400. Per month plus 1400. Security deposit.  If no issues returned after 1 yr.   if you need to move or are unhappy here, no penalty...only responsible for month you leave in.  As we did with our last renters we offer a discount if paid every 4 months.
