Yes depression is very real mental health issues are on the rise and Covid and all of this weird shit going on in the universe does not help. I know that the creative community is the first to get hit with these feelings so as a multi medium creator who is currently in this area I have decided to make myself available as a community member who sometimes struggles with these feelings. One thing I do know is that the opposite of depression is expansion. And these are very challenging times to expand.
