I'm appealing to anyone in the Nashville that could possibly help me. First of all let me say that I am 81 years old, retired U.S. Army N.C.O., Vietnam vet. My 85 year old wife who has been bed ridden for over a year passed away on 9 Feb 2022. She had a small life insurance policy with Wilcac Life Insurance Co. in Nashville. She has been making payments for well over 40 years. I have been trying to file a claim since 10 Feb. 2022.Their point of contact is NOT even Wilcac, it is called Direct Response Insurance administrative Services Inc. Every time I call them I get someone different in a different location, the last one who's name he said was Danny admitted that he wasn't even the U.S. and wouldn't tell me where he was located. Each time I called I was told that the claims forms were sent to me. I have received NOTHING, other times I was told that they would get back to me, ( NOTHING). I am not rich, I'm living on my Army retirement and SS and this would help me.I also contacted TN. insurance commissioners office, haven't heard back from them. Any help from anyone in the Nashville area would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou John B. in Tucson, AZ.
