Looking for motivated men for lawn maintenance and general landscape work. You say you are good, but you want $23/hr. I don't know you, we can start at $18-$20 per hr. No experience $16/hr Can you fix a machine, make a trimmer last 2 seasons without burning it out, are you a phone junkie. Do you really know how to cut grass? Do you know what height to cut grass? Are you a chain smoker? Can you get to work every day? Do you bring lunch and water? Can you change oil and sharpen blades on a machine in 15 min. Do you know what you are doing? Very important, Can you work together as a team with others? Do you have social skills to talk to the customers? Give me 3years and i will teach you what to do and how to do it. I have 35 years of cutting grass. I can change your life if you put in the time. You will learn priceless information no school can teach you. Season starts when weather turns. Could be March 15th, or first week April. No drug addicts, cell phone junkies. We are here to work as a team servicing over 200 residential homes in Bridgewater.
