Need someone to complete a make ready unit. It's almost completed. It's a small 500 sq ft apartment. It needs 20 ft of baseboard/ quarter round installed. Baseboard thruout need caulking and painting. small closet 3 ft by 4 ft need laminate installed. a small wall on patio need painting and a little touch paint 3 plugs need to be install and various other small items. This should be a days work. Job is located of Peachtree Rd /Pharr Rd area. must have own tools. Email with estimate
