We want you to move up in the company and make more money! If you are a top performer, you will be rewarded. With our Pay-4-Performance pay structure, you make a piece of the labor revenue charged to the customer. If you work fast and get the work done efficiently, you could easily be making $17-21+ per hour. This extra pay is all dependent on you getting the job done efficiently, without any damage cases, and making sure our customer is thrilled with their service. You are truly in control of your money-making ability. Along with our P4P pay structure, we also profit share every quarter to our employees that show up on time each day! You could make an extra $2-300+ in profit sharing each quarter on top of your P4P pay. At our company you will be regularly mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, installing mulch and other landscape-related tasks. The boss will not be looking over your shoulder all day. You will have the space to be able to make your own decisions and stand by them. Working with us allows you to enjoy the outdoors, get paid to work out, and get a nice tan while you are at it. Our customers are super sweet and treat our team members with respect. There are some hard qualities about the job we should get out of the way though. First, you will be working potentially long hours in the elements. (blazing heat, snow, rain, cold weather) During the season you may have to work Saturdays if the weather affects our schedule. You will get dirty and possibly get some bumps or bruises while working. You will be held to a high personal and professional standard. We expect you to show up on time and do what you say you are going to do. With all that being said, we are only looking for dedicated people that want to grow with us and work well within a team environment.
