How about some clean air for the old folks and the young?

Since 2005, Flagstaff's population has increased by about 20,000, and the number of cars that came along probably increased by just as much. Flagstaff doesn't seem to have an emissions control on vehicles, and air quality doesn't seem so good to me, especially near heavy traffic. Yes, we all depend on some kind of transportation to get around. No one can blame you if you don't have the resources to keep your car running in top shape. I know I once didn't with mine. But, you realize that air is one of the things we can not live without. Though we can take a lot of, literally, crap, we can't live without clean air! I have this theory that relationships break up because, well, couples couldn't stand being around each other any more because it is too simply, hard to breath around each other sometimes. We're all feeling sad because we don't have the love, and we constantly go out t osearch for something, while wearing ourselves down doing so, being unsatisfied with what we have... I think it takes some kind of Act of God. Often, when love is lost, we don't have a way to get it back, but it's all the same... to get back what we once had and to improve on it somehow... isn't that what "Build It Back Better" is all about?
