Job Description Supervise work activities of janitorial personnel in commercial and residential high rise establishments. Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding janitorial services and take corrective action. May purchase janitorial supplies and equipment, take periodic inventories, screen applicants, train new employees, and recommend dismissals. Requirements Bilingual - Spanish / English (Read/Write) Excellent Customer Service skills Experience - 1 yr management in Janitorial / Maintenance Microsoft Proficient Multi-tasking skills Written / Verbal interpersonal communication skills Drivers License (current / clean driving record) Clean Background check Ability to be on call and flexible availability on Evening and Weekends
