Monday - Friday Hours between 8 Am - 5 Pm (your choice) NO Nights NO Weekends YEAR ROUND POSITION available Come Show us your Skills or learn some new ones We can work with your schedule if needed 20 to 29 hours per week Looking for friendly hard working and dependable team player to help keep grounds, breezeways and office areas clean and attractive. A Positive attitude and pride in your work is a must! You will also assist maintenance with light duties as needed in getting apartments rent ready! (trash pick up, change light bulbs, smoke alarms, replace and repair screens, light janitorial, set appliances, blow breezeways, some painting, replace AC filters etc...
