The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in Apartment Maintenance and a positive, can-do attitude. Essential Functions: -Ensures the completion of all market-ready apartments, emergency and non-emergency service requests, ensures the overall exterior of the community is maintained, inventory control, customer service. A minimum of Two Years verifiable hands-on experience required in such areas as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry. Must have own hand tools normally used in construction, maintenance and landscaping. Must possess a valid driver’s license, good driving record with auto insurance. Must be able to pass a background/drug screen.
