This Watersports company is searching for responsible, reliable, and friendly individuals to help manage our seasonal watersports business from March through October. The best applicants are self starters with excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude and a good disposition for customer service! Helpful experience includes but is not limited to: boating and jet ski maintenance, Livery license, operating jet skis and boats, and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. This job is primarily outdoors and will require 4-5 days a week of 9-11 hour days OR even part time college students! We can work around schedules if needed! The work can be physically demanding (ie, boat and jet ski cleaning, maintenance, water rescues, handling vessels in inclement weather, etc.) The perks to this job include having access to boats and jet skis while you are working. We encourage our employees to play as hard as they work! ~ Explain proper safety rules/guidelines to guests ~ Ensure that riders out in the water are following our safety rules/guidelines ~Provide each guest with 5 star 5 diamond customer service ~Follow company policies and procedures ~Other duties as assigned ~All new hires must complete a Livery and Boaters Course online free of charge Daily Operations are Monday - Sunday 9:00am to sunset (weather permitting) Skills required~ Experience operating a jet ski~Outgoing demeanor Enjoy dealing with the public Great verbal communication skills Highly responsible and reliable Lift a minimum of 50lbs if required Comfortable working in extreme weather conditions such as heat, cold, and/or rain Must be able to work on the weekends Job types: Part and Full time Salary: $11 - $15 /hour
