Description
This is Nova, we aren't sure of her breed, but think she may be a sheprador/black mouth curr mix. We've only had her for about 6 days. She is 15 months old, from what we know she is up to date on her shots, her vet clinic is thrive vet, we have her rabies tag, and she is microchipped. She is NOT spayed.
My wife and I have been trying to find her a home with no other dogs or children, as she is a big clumsy girl, and isn't careful of small kiddos. Our 2 youngest are actually pretty worried about her and that is mainly why we are trying to rehome. We have introduced her with a few people and the ones whom have dogs didn't go well, this is why we say a home without other dogs would be best.
We are also working on treat training with her and she willing to work with us.
Long story short after just a couple days of having her here, we were realizing that her size and energy drive, can create her to get a little too rough especially when she wants to play.
We are truthfully in over our heads with this big sweet girl. And she needs the right place and people. We worry about sending her to a shelter, and would like to try to help her find a good home and keep her until then, but we've also had to keep her separated from the kids (she's just too rough and will listen to my wife and I but not the kids), and as we homeschool it is hard.
The previous owner only told us some things, but others she told us were not truthful. We need help, and at this point we really aren't able to keep her.
We are located in Palm Bay
