Property Management Company seeking part time maintenance technician for 90 unit condominium property. Must have general building mechanicals knowledge. Trouble shoot problems, maintain work order system, meet with vendors. Assist residents. Must be personable and able to work independently. Some janitorial and snow removal assistance. Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Background, drug testing and COVID vax required. Salary commensurate with experience.
