Property Management company seeking full time maintenance technician for Boston south shore area properties with occasional travel. Must have knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC and have painting skills. Able to work independently, maintain work order system and to keep accurate records. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. On call rotation nights and weekends and after hours. Background, drug testing and COVID vax required.
