I am a small house rehabber/flipper. Most of my work is in the Kannapolis area. General help needed. Can be receiving deliveries, keeping job sites clean, some carpentry skills would be helpful with installing trim, touching up paint etc. I have crews do the "big" part of the jobs but general prep for them and touch up kind of thing. Will be doing some railings and small set of steps soon so this would also be a plus. Let me know if you are interested.
