2/27/2021 - Sunday Worship Service This registration form is only for the current week. Please register for each Sunday service. Additionally, please do not register if you have been in contact with someone who currently has COVID-19 or if you have cold-like symptoms. Registration Details Please provide the names of each individual who will be in attendance. The form will stop taking registrations automatically once we have reached capacity. Children's & Youth Church Registration If you plan to bring your children to church and would like them to participate in Children's church or Youth church, then please select the Children's & Youth Church Registration option and provide their names and ages so we can plan to accommodate them.
