This is a free classroom-style training event: Best for those who have never accessed or used a naloxone kit previously. The Classroom-style training offers a detailed and informative presentation within 30-45 minutes. Participants are encouraged to schedule at the very least, 45 minutes to complete the training. Naloxone is a medication that is effective in reversing the effects of an opioid overdose in an individual. Participants will learn how to recognize and appropriately respond to an opioid overdose. At the completion of the trainings, each participant is eligible to receive an Opioid Rescue Kit.
