Description

HHAC replacement needed for a property flip. We will be replacing an oil fired furnace with a new gas furnace, coil & condenser. We are using a 90% upflow furnace (85K BTU) 3 ton coil and condenser. May also need a mini-split installed in one of the rooms. Please respond with ballpark price, experience and contact info. We also have another project that will require a furnace and 4 mini-splits installed. Some of those will require multiple heads. We will discus's that project later on. Must be reliable and used to working as a SUB. This is not a homeowner project. Thank you
