Tim Walz's "Stay Home" order and to avoid spreading the new coronavirus. However, local church officials are providing several ways for Catholics to still experience Holy Week. "Please remain in your cars with the windows rolled up. The Bishops will be standing outside and offering a blessing to you and your family as you drive past," the diocese wrote on Facebook.
