Join us for the CASA Farm to Fork Revival Elizabethtown Lifestyle is bringing back a much-loved event from years ago: The CASA Farm to Fork. This year’s dinner will feature a delicious menu by Tony York’s On Main devised of recipes featuring locally-grown, farm-fresh foods. The event will benefit CASA of the Heartland and will take place on Saturday, April 16, 2022, at Highland Sod Farms. 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM Cocktail Reception + Red Carpet Photos 5:00 PM - 8:30 PM Silent Auction Open for Bidding 6:00 PM Guests Seated for Dinner + Welcome by Norma J. Hatfield, Executive Director of CASA of the Heartland 7:45 PM Live Auction Kicks Off 8:30 PM Silent Auction Ends - Collect Prizes 9:00 PM Live Music Ends & Guests Depart Individual TicketsNon-sponsorship tickets are $150 per person. It is recommended that you purchase tickets in pairs or groups to guarantee sitting together with your date or friends. Seating will be assigned and tables will each seat 8 guests. For example, if you purchase two tickets, your pair will be seated with six other attendees. For seating requests, you may email [email protected] or text Giselle at 254-317-8688. We cannot guarantee seating couples or parties together if tickets are not all purchased together. The event is open bar; all attendees must be 21 years of age. In addition to individual tickets, sponsorships are available for private citizens and businesses. Tables each seat eight guests. If you need additional seats with your sponsorship, each additional seat is $150; the cost of additional seats must be added to your sponsorship check to guarantee seats at the same table. Attendee names, whether under the sponsorship or additional tickets, must be submitted by April 8, 2022, for escort cards. The event will include silent and live auctions. We are looking to have items of $50+ value donated. Marty Fulkerson with Lewis Auction Co. will be handling the live auction.
